Madras Medical College (M.M.C) is located at Park town in Chennai. This esteemed is guided by the dynamic personalities which work day and night to take the college to the different level. It is headed by the personalities like Dean Dr.V.Kangasabai and Dr. A. Sundaram as vice principal. This college is supposed to be the oldest medical college.

The College offers many courses like undergraduates degree, post graduates degree , diploma degrees and so on. Every courses have their own rules and regulation. Some of the courses details are as follows:-

1. MBBS – state quota 85% and All india quota 15%. No entrance examination will be held. And the selection Comittee will be authorised for the admission. And the time of calling of the application will be probably in the mobth of June.

2. DM and MCH courses – Director of the education committee and selection committee will be authorised for the admission. And the time of calling of the application would be in the month of April.

3. M pharm – For taking in admission for this course no entrance examination will be required only the selective members are authorized to select and the time of application would be in the month of July.

4. Diploma in Nursing – Admission criterion lies in the hands of the selection committee members. The time of calling of the application would be in the month of November.
