PP Cartridge Housing filter
INTRODUCTION
These cartridge bags are made by using the ruffed reinforced polypropylene. These cartridge bags housing are made for the purpose of low flow rate to high flow rate. PP cartridge housing filter are for the purpose of residential and for the industrial purpose. Basically the main purpose of using this type of the filter bag is for applying it in the application of low flow rate to high flow rate filtration on the bag housing.
WORKING PROCESS
The Cartridge housing filter works with high flow rate to low pressure drop. The working process is based on the repeatedly sanitation and providing the very high dust particles capturing capacity. These housing filter are capable to provide the max. flow rates. The poly propylene used in this housing system is for attaining the more and more tiny particles in the fluid.

They are able to sustain the maximum temperature of 180 F.
The operating pressure of the cartridge oil filter is about to 6 kg/cm2.
It is able to attain the efficiency of .5 to 70 microns.
Accepted bag dimension is about to 4 dia. into 10 length and 4 dia. into 20 length.
It is having the low pressure drop and having flow rate.
The pressure relief valve is located inside and outside of the bag filter.
APPLICATIONS OF PP CARTRIDGE HOUSING FILTER
They are applicable where high flow rate is needed with low pressure drop.
They are applicable in the fuel filtration because of its high capability of filtration capacity.
These are used in the housing as well as industrial filtration.
We can used it in the presence of UV also because it is able to resistance from it.
