Law as a stream is increasingly becoming popular nowadays. With various law exams in India, students often get confused about various options available for them. Following is the list of top law exams in India with cost of form-

CLAT– Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is a national level entrance exam conducted by fourteen National Law Universities for admissions to their under-graduate and post-graduate courses (LL. B & LL. M). This is the toughest and the most popular law exam in India. CLAT Application Form and Information Brochure costs Rs.3000 for General and OBC category of candidates and Rs.2500 for SC/ST candidates.

 

LSAT– Law School Admission Test (LSAT)—India is a standardized exam to judge reading and verbal reasoning skills of a candidate and is designed by the USA–based Law School Admission Council (LSAC) for admission in law schools in India. Application form of LSAT will cost Rs.3500.

 

AILET– All India Law Entrance Test or AILET is a national level exam by NLU Delhi for admission into its 5 year BA LLB course. Application form fee for this exam for General candidates is Rs.2500 and for SC/ST candidates is Rs.1000.

 

SET– Symbiosis Entrance Test is a common written test for the admission processes of undergraduate institutes of Symbiosis International University. This exam provides admission in Symbiosis Law School (SLS) – Pune and Symbiosis Law School (SLS) – Noida for its BALLB and BBALLB programs. Application form fee for this exam is Rs.1500.

 

UL-SAT– UPES- Law Studies Aptitude Test exam is conducted by University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) for its BALLB and BBALLB programs. Application form fee for this exam through online mode and Demand Draft is Rs.1700 and through Cash is Rs.1600.

 

IPUCET– Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test (IPUCET) is conducted by Guru Gobind Singh University to provide admission into its various programmes and affiliated colleges. Indraprastha University provides 5 year BA LLB/BBA LLB course in the university and its affiliated colleges. Cost of application form for this exam is Rs.1000.

 

BVPCET– Bhartiya Vidya Peeth University Common Entrance Test (BVPCET) is conducted by Bhartiya Vidya Peeth University to provide admission to the university as well as its various affiliated colleges.  The university provides 5 year BALLB/BBALLB courses and 3 year LLB course. Application form fee for this exam is Rs.1500.
