For the reading section in TOEFL you need to answer 3 to 5 sections of 20 mins with  multiple choice questions whereas for ielts also there are also 3 sections of 20 mins with a wider section of questions.

For listening section in TOEFLtest the duration is 40 to 60 mins and it contains listening  audio clips from lectures or academic lectures and then write down notes while listening so that one could answer multiple choice questions connected to it.Whereas for IELTS students can answer while listening to audio clipping and answer different type of questions.

For the score section in ielts the scoring is done in band system from 1 to 9 with your overall score to be rounded up to the nearest half band whereas for toefl the scoring is done out of 120 points as a single test.
