The above quote explains how the VISION of viewing the things matter…on the basis of this the above topic can be explained as follows:-
On the basis of gender we shouldn’t judge the qualities of a good boss or manager.
Qualities of a person decides whether he or she is a good manager or not. Though there are lot of successful men managers but we should not forget the effective women managers too…although i agree that the ratio of good women managers are certainly less but for this women are not responsible, it is our society and culture which took such a long time to accept this fact and make women free to fly in their own.
Before going to further discussion we should know the MANAGERIAL QUALITIES on the basis of which we can judge who is more suitable for this position. The managerial qualities are:-
- skills of maintaining good relationship with employees and clients.
- Leadership quality.
- Courage.
- Decision making power
- The proper vision of how to uplift the company from the current position.
person having all the above mentioned qualities can become a GOOD MANAGER.
Both men and women are equally excel.
Men have been known for getting results and women for just caring about people but women are stepping up.

But It is found in recent survey that women had higher marks in taking the initiative and driving for truly class results.
If gender is a point of consideration then by not taking the ratios of women manager over men manager the reclination is towards the women more.

conclusion– In conclusion i can say both men and women can be the bestest manager.It is Ambivalence . woman in any field is not step before than man.women play different roles in her life. So a well educated, qualified and talented women becoming a manager will certainly be able to manage herself and complete her role there too.best quality in women that overcome the male dominating attitude in business world too is that a women thinks through different dimensions, she has her own point of view and do listen to others precisely.
The only difference between men and women is their physical strength.But when organization is concerned, it is not a matter of physical strength but of a mental strength. Lastly the Qualities with in a person answers the question of better manager not the gender.

i agree with the article as women have the cabability of handling different situatuion especially the worst ones iin a much better way. they also have the quality of making quick decisions and manage in case of financial crisis. they always stand by you even in men’s failure.
Leadership is not at all dependant on a particular gender. It is the assimilation of various attributes that make up a “PERSONALITY”!
Woman can be a better manager than a man, man can be a better manager than woman, so its correct that it depends on the qualities.
in my point of view… woman posses a versatile personality and has caliber of making decisions using both head and mind simultaneously
And decisions involving heart and mind together is always results in a good decision …So a woman can prove herself as a good decision maker and better boss than men,,,!!!!!!
well i think the women and men both can handle the office.becoz what matter is the capability of an indvidual person
but overall i think that women work more efficently than men as they know how to keep the personal and professionl lyf diiferent. women are more socially connected and have better management skill than man.

This is earlier saying that right place for a woman is her home. Now a days women proved herself in every field. I totally agree with this fact that still there are more number of male employs then women bur it does not mean that women can’t be good professionals. Women are better manager then men but only point is that they are provided with less chances to get in to professional field and as a well known saying men are for action and women are for analyzing so women have good managing skill and more over its not a fact of gender but it mainly depend upon hard work and surrounding provided to a particular person.
I think its totally depends on quality which Should be in a Perfect Manager. Any one whether men or women which have some quality can proof themselves.
yes i agree to this staement ..women are better managers than men..our mothers are better examples of this..by virtue it is assumed women manage things better than man ..its in their veins …apart from security concerns of women ..women today excel in every field..
A women can be a better manager..she has it in her veins…And its seen that that every time girls lead boys in studies and every field..But in the long run boys excel its because they are stopped from very beginning..
If they are encouraged they can reach greater heights…and become CEO’s etc…..
I don’t think so, according to me who has better skills and quality can manage any thing and situation either men or women.
If a candidate of feminine fraternity can make it up to fulfilling the norms of much qualified job such as that of a homemaker, then running a company and even the bigger platforms, like the nation itself, prove to be easy for them.

Yeah obviously!! Women can manage every department better than men. Women have good stability in minds, can adjust well into a team and can head any department whatever given to them… They use their minds wisely and know how to handle a situation… This is what we want in a person at the position of a boss. So, there isn’t any point that proves women is not suitable for the position of a boss.
