1. Collegium system of appointment of judges appointed many inefficient Judges: AG

Attorney general Mr Mukul Rohatgi sent report to Supreme court citing 8 cases under which inefficient judges were elevated to high court and supreme court. 3 to SC and 5 to high court. He also pointed few examples by explaining how a judge was well known for coming late to office and not hearing cases after lunch was elevated , in another case he cited about judges who heard about 100 cases and were elevated to SC while more competent judges with 1000 of hearings were not elevated.

2. Pakistan warns India against misadventure like Myanmar.

In retaliation to India’s warning , on Myanmar like attacks on terrorists in POK. Pakistan , being a nuclear nation warned India of proper retaliation, if India tries any thing like what was done by Indian army in Myanmar where more than 100 terrorists were killed in operation in cross border action which was denied by Myanmar.
