Interview techniques helpful in IBPS Interviews
Interview techniques helpful in IBPS interviews.
Dear students,
The first thing to remember is that all interviews are nerve-wracking—it’s natural for the interviewee to feel nervous and anxious. While the interviewer may try to make you feel comfortable, the initial tension usually remains. Understanding the common challenges and dynamics of interviews can help you manage your nerves and perform confidently.
- The less prepared you are, the more nervous you will be.
- Some times it so happens that you have the knowledge but you do not have the ability to express what you want to say.
- It may also bee that in real life you never faced interview-type interactions; you never undertook standard conversations with friends etc.

So how should you go about this?
The first step in any preparation is to set a clear goal for yourself. Preparing for an exam, test, or interview only a fortnight before the date is not effective. Instead, make preparation an ongoing, daily habit, integrating it into your routine so that consistent effort becomes second nature.
The second thing is that you should cultivate the company of similar-minded friends. They should all have the same goal in life and they should all have the same level of sincerety.
The third and most important thing is that you should have a firm belief in yourself – that you can do it.
The fourth point is that you should study good books which are relevant to the goal that you have set for yourself. Irrelevant study doesn’t work, doesn’t help.
Make the goal your dream and be ready to do your best to achieve it. Look for worthy seniors and seek their company; learn from them.

In the interview be at your best. Do not bluff. Do not guess. It’s not a crime not to know something. The point is to tell that you don’t know.
Mind it, interviewers are not as much impressed by your knowledge as by your confidence, attitude, practical thinking and a positive view towards life in general and the job in particular.
