How to prepare class 12 students for Board Examination : –
As we know that without a plan , we are unable to succeed in our work. So first of all , I will make a lesson plan for a success in my mission. After making the lesson plan , I will execute my work according to it.  The lesson plan will be categorically for each and every chapter.

I will come to the institute , go to the class and teach the students adhering to the lesson plan. First I will explain the chapter well . I mean that I will explain each and every line of the chapter. Particularly, the difficult words and phrases which are unintelligible for the students, I must explain.

Time to time , I will take feedback from the students. After completing the chapter , I will give assignment to all the students. I will give them ample time to do their work. If they will not be able to do completely or partially themselves, then I will help them do their work.

This way, step by step, students will complete their work and gradually learn the concepts thoroughly. They will be assigned chapter-wise tasks, which they are expected to attempt on their own first. By doing more work independently, students can develop creativity and problem-solving skills. This doesn’t mean the teacher will be idle—on the contrary, I will actively guide, monitor, and support them throughout the process.

CAREER ASPECTS AFTER CLASS 12TH

I will be supervising, guiding and motivating them all the time . I will be standing behind them , patting their back to work hard . I will keep motivating them to go ahead and ahead in life. This way they will prepare for their exam and do better. My strategy will be to make them work more . Teachers duty is to show the students their way because they do not know their ways which way to prepare and go .Once they know it , they do not look behind; they keep on preparing well and progressing well and performing well in their lives.
