In my opinion career point, Shimla is best coaching institute if one wants to go for state level exams like HAS and allied services. I recommend this institute if you are preparing for a government job. Best institute for civil Services, HAS in Himachal Pradesh. Best Institute for Civil Services Exam in Himachal Pradesh. About UPSC
UPSC exams are conducted by Union Public Service Commission to select candidates for the job posting available in various parts of India and the exam is predominantly known as IAS exam with two stages Prelims, Mains and the final interview. The first exam is prelims which have multiple choice questions completely. Moreover, the Mains exam is totally into writing which also comprises of optional subjects. The marks of prelims are not considered for final merit as it is just a screening test to filter eligible candidates.
Eligibility criteria for IAS 2020

The age limit is from 21 years to thirty-two years. Age relaxation is based on the category. For OBC candidates, it is three years. SC and ST candidates will have five years exemption. Candidates should have a degree from registered university and students who are awaiting the results of final year graduation are allowed to apply for Prelims and it is important for these students to produce the proof of passing when they apply for Main exams.
