1.extremely unprofessional behavior by the staff handling the phone he answers the phone very rudely doesn’t listen to what people trying to say says after taking money he says will add you on the online class but after sending the money he will not respond behave rudely and after 5 days he will add you after you calling twice a day.
2. facilities are another breed after joining the online classes little late due to admission i asked for the recorded lectures for previous class repeatedly but no they make excuses like my internet is not working and i am very busy etc, very unprofessional.
