About Aditya Srivastava :
He comes from the city of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Aditya did his initial schooling till class 12th at the City Montessori School, Aliganj Branch of Lucknow. He has been a topper all throughout his life. Aditya secured 95 % marks in his Class 12 examination where he took science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
He has a keen interest in the Subject of Electrical Engineering. Aditya cleared the exam of reputed IITJEE exam and joined IIT Kanpur with the stream of Electrical Engineering. He did his B.tech and followed it with M.tech in the same subject. After that, he worked with the Multinational Company Goldman Sachs. Aditya’s heart was not in The corporate world where he worked and earned a good amount of money.
His heart was not satisfied while working for the corporate world and he wanted to serve the country in some capacity. Aditya then decided to appear for The UPSC Civil Services Examination. He has taken this examination three times and finally secured the coveted first ( 1st) Rank in the UPSC Examination.

He has advised students to do regular answer-writing practice for the Mains examination. Aditya Srivastava has maintained that striking a balance between Hard work and smart work is necessary at every stage of the examination. His strategy was to carefully analyze the question papers of the previous years whether it was the Preliminary stage of the examination or the Mains examination.

The optional subject of Aditya Srivastava was Electrical Engineering, he had done his BTech and MTech in that particular subject.
2. How did Aditya Srivastava prepare for UPSC CSE 2023?
Aditya was already undergoing the training of an Indian Police officer in Hyderabad when he cleared the examination. He had some previous experience in clearing the examination. He tried to strengthen his strong areas and worked on papers like General Studies Paper 1 and General Studies Paper 4. he wrote as many test papers as possible.
3. how many years did he take to crack the UPSC CSE 2023?
Aditya Srivastava Took around 3 years to clear the Examination and get the All India Rank 1. He persevered through the Ups and Downs of the examination.
