Delhi Metro Rail Corporation ( DMRC) successfully conducted its Recruitment exam for the Post of Junior Engineer in various disciplines. The Students were worried about the pattern as it is for the first time that DMRC is conducting its recruitment exam in Online Mode. Many candidates have applied for the post and hence let us have an eye on the competition the aspirants will be facing. Here the schedule of  Examination-

Let us now see the exam pattern  for DMRC Junior Engineer 2017 Exam Analysis-

The exam pattern will consist of two papers –

Paper I and Paper II. The Paper I will consist of three sections -Reasoning and  Quantitative Ability, General Awareness and Professional Knowledge. The below is the exam pattern in tabular form-

Analysis of Reasoning and Quantitative Ability-

a)  The Level of reasoning was average and the  questions  asked were easy and the questions were from topics like Puzzle, Analogy, Statements and Conclusions, Number Series etc.

b) This section was comparatively Easy.

c) Questions asked from Numerical Ability were  Difficult and Above the Moderate Level.

 

Analysis of General Awareness-

a) The Current Affairs were asked based on International Relations, Important Personalities, Capitals, Countries, Currencies etc.

b) The questions were asked from Static GK like- History of banking, Nationalization of Banks, Important Governor Generals.

Analysis of  Professional Knowledge-

a) The Questions were  based on basics of Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.

b) Formula based questions were focused from the Core Subjects.

 Analysis of  Paper II (English) –

a) The Questions were asked from topics like Direct and Indirect Speech, Active and Passive Voice, Error Detection, Tenses, Fill ups, Etc.

b) The Level of examination was  Average and were easily attempt able.

c) This section was Qualifying in nature.
