Gate syllabus of electrical engineering. GATE which stands for Graduate Aptitude Test for Engineering  is one of the toughest test, an all India Examination that generally test all aspects of understanding of various undergraduate subjects in Engineering and Technology. It has been known for testing the engineering basics in a smart way.It need the effort of mastering an entire course of engineering. It is jointly conducted by Indian Institute of Science and seven IIT’s on behalf of National Coordination Board-GATE, MHRD,Govt. of India, Department of Higher Education.GATE Score can be of great help like it can be used to get  into various Postgraduate programmes in Indian Higher Education Institutes that too with financial help provided by MHRD and other government agencies. Various Public sector units can use this gate score for employment screening purposes and its valid for 2 years from the date of declaration of result.

GATE Exam duration is 3 hours with syllabus and pattern varies from paper to paper. This Exam is being conducted via two modes- Online and Offline, either can be opted.
