Dear Friends, as you already know the IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) is conducting written exam for recruitment of Probationary Officer on 16th, 22nd, 23rd and 27th of october, 2016. The post is dedicated to present the exam analysis of 22nd of october. The exam was conducted in four shifts and the post provide overall analysis of all four shifts. Furthermore, the exam pattern of all four shifts were almost similar.

Many aspirants appeared (lakhs of Aspirants) on 22nd october, 2016 in IBPS PO exam. According to the students of reputed coaching in delhi Delhi/Ncr, the analysis of 16th October proved very useful in attempting this phase of exam. So lets focus on analysis which will help in future exams also.

Moreover let us see the exam pattern of IBPS PO Prelims 2016. The Duration of exam is 1 hr and a candidate has attempt a total of 100 questions worth 100 marks. The subjective wise Question – Marks division  is given below-

Analysis of Reasoning Ability-

The Level of Reasoning was moderate. Questions were asked from all major topics. Sitting Arrangement was majorly focused topic. It carried 10 questions. Also Syllogisms and Inequalities consisted of 5 questions each. Given below is the topic wise analysis of reasoning-

Analysis of Quantitative Aptitude –

Quantitative aptitude is the pillar of any bank exam. The level of difficulty of maths on 22nd varied from easy to moderate. Data Interpretation  consisted 10 questions as usual. The questions were also from series , Quadratic Equations, Approximations, Time and Work etc . Let us observe the topic wise question break up of the exam-

Analysis of English Section-

The English provides an edge over other subjects. Though the English is Nightmare for many students but it is scoring if done with proper preparation strategies. The level of English varied from Average to Difficult. The reading comprehension was tough and error detection was average. Lets refer to the topic wise analysis of English-
