IBPS RRB Office Assistant Prelims 2018 – 19th August – Exam Analysis- All shifts
The much anticipated of IBPS RRB office assistant Prelims 2018 was held today in four different shifts. A lot of aspirants appeared for the exam thus bringing them a step closer to the goal.
We interacted with many students throughout the day and these students helped us in analyzing the exam. We thereby have compiled for you all the details of today’s exam in this analysis. The exam overall was of easy to moderate level.

Quantitative aptitude (Easy-Moderate)
The level of this section was easy to moderate. Some of the questions that were asked are:
- 2 DI consisting 5Qs each from Caselet and Bar Graph.
- Mensuration – Circle area was given, circumference asked?
- Arithmetic Word Problems- Boat & Stream(1Q), Age(1Q), Partnership(1Q) and the rest from topics like Mixture Allegation, Profit Loss, Average, Compound/Simple Interest, Time & Work, etc. They were time-consuming and difficult.

Like the Quantitative aptitude section, the reasoning section was of easy to moderate level as well. There was comparatively less number of questions on puzzles and seating arrangements in this shift. Given below are few questions asked in the exam:

- Month based Puzzle(8 kids born in 8 months)
- Floor Based Puzzle (1 Qs only)
- Syllogism – With and Without Possibility

Like the Quantitative aptitude section, the reasoning section was of easy to moderate level as well. Surprisingly, there was only 2 set of puzzles and seating arrangements in this shift. Given below are few questions asked in the exam:
1. Sitting Arrangement ( Circular – 8 person sitting facing inside)
2. Letter Series ( series of 3 sets )
3. Biometric word was given ( Pair of letter was asked)
4. Floor Puzzle ( 6 floors & 6 people were asked to arrange)
5. Code of “Surface” is given and Surface+1 and Surface-1 is asked
