Hello Friends!

As we all know that the IPPB ( Indian Post Payment Bank) is conducting the written examination for the recruitment of Assistant Manager Scale I Officer on  7th and 8th January 2017. The IPPB successfully conducted the preliminary examination for the post on 7th January. The Exam is being conducted in three shifts.

The post focusses on the exam analysis of the First day. A lot of Candidates appeared in the Exam and were nervous also as IPPB is conducting Online Written exam for the first time.

Firstly, Let us observe the exam pattern of the IPPB Prelims exam-

There are total of 100 questions to be attempted in 1 hour. This exam is only for shortlisting the candidates for the Mains Exam. It included three subjects English, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning. There is provision of Negative Marking also. About .25 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer. For correct answer 1 mark will be awarded.

Given below is the Exam pattern in tabular form-

Exam Analysis of Quantitative Aptitude-

The section included 35 Questions. As expected and predicted by our experts there were questions from Data Interpretation, Quadratic equations, Series etc. Given below is the question break of each topic in tabular form-

Analysis of English Section

The Section included 30 questions. Questions asked were easy to moderate and were not very complex. Given below is the analysis of topics in tabular form-

Analysis of Reasoning section-

Reasoning asked were moderate. The Section included 35 questions. The questions were not very complex and were asked from topics like siting arrangement, Direction sense test, syllogism, etc. Let us see the topic wise analysis-
