JEE Main 2018 Offline Paper Analysis
The most awaited exams of the Year IIT JEE was conducted today. Today the Offline mode of examination was conducted.The JEE Main 2018 exam was a three-hour long exam. The offline exam was held between 9:30 am to 12:30 pm at various centres across the country. Online mode of IIT JEE examination will be conducted on 15th and 16 April. There are total number of 23 IIT’s all across India and there are 10,988 seats for pursuing IIT. This year seats have increased by 528 in comparison to 2017.

Analysis of the examination
About 13 lakh candidates appeared for offline mode examination today Out of this only 2.2 lakh students will be shortlisted to Appear in JEE advanced 2018 . If you talk about question and marks then there were about 90 questions and students will be awarded 4 marks for each correct answer where as negative marking Of 1 mark will be done for wrong answers. There were four sections. Each section was of 30 marks . Physics , chemistry and mathematics
Physics
physics was the toughest paper amongst the three .Questions for Theory as well as calculator. this section was not much .The section had 4 difficult question 20 moderate questions and 6 easy questions. 17 questions were asked from 12th standard syllabus and 13 question from 11th standard syllabus

Chemistry
Chemistry was Moderately easy but it was lengthy compared to other sections . in this section there was theory as well as calculations. There were 14 question from 12th standard syllabus and 16 question from 11th standard syllabus.

surprisingly this time maths was the easiest section amongst the three most of the questions were calculative. 10 questions were asked from 12th standard syllabus and 20 questions were asked from 11th standard syllabus.
