Exam Profile of NDA 2018
NDA’s full form is National Defence Academy (NDA) This is the Joint Services academy of the Indian Armed Forces, included three services, the Army, the Navy and the Air Force train together before they go on to respective service .

NDA Application Form 2018:-
- NDA 2018 Application Form will be available via online mode from 10th January 2018 (for NDA-I) & 6th June 2018 (for NDA-II).
- There is no offline application form available for NDA 2018 exam
- NDA Registration 2018 will be done in two parts.
- In the registration part-I, candidates have to fill their personal, qualification, communication & other required details.
- After completing part-I, candidates will receive the registration number.
- In the registration part-II, students have to select the exam centres and make the fee payment through online or offline mode.
Application Fee:
- The application fee will be Rs. 100/- for general & OBC students.
- SC/ST candidates and wards of NCOs/ JCOs/Ors are not required to pay any application fee.

NDA 2018 Entrance Eligibility:-
The first need is the appearing candidate must be a citizen of India, Nepal or Bhutan. A Tibetan refugee came India before 01 January, 1962 with mind-set to become a permanent residence of India are also eligible.

Eligibility for Indian Army:-
The minimum age should be 16 and half years and maximum age should be 19 and half years.The candidates want to apply for Indian Army must have completed 12th or its equivalent exam from a well-recognized board. The appearing candidates can also apply.NDA 2018 apllication form
Eligibility for Indian Navy and Air Force:-
Those seeking for Indian Navy and Air Force must have passed their 12th/appearing from a recognized board or University with Physics and Mathematics as a compulsory subject.
**Only unmarried male candidates are eligible for NDA examination. Girls are not allowed for the NDA entrance examination.**
NDA 2018 Exam Pattern-
- NDA 2108 Type of Question: There will be objective type questions asked in the examination.
- NDA 2018 Exam Mode: The exam will be conducted through pen and paper based mode.
- NDA 2018 Exam Duration: Two and half hour duration will be given for Code 1 and Code 2.
- NDA 2018 Section: The exam will consist of two sections like Mathematics and General Ability Test.
- NDA 2018 Language: The question paper will be asked in bilingual, i.e. English & Hindi only.

Paper 1 – Mathematics
Algebra,Trigonometry,Differential Calculus,Vector Algebra,Integral Calculus and Differential equations,Matrices and Determinants: Types of Matrices, Determinant of a matrix,Analytical Geometry of two and three dimensions,Statistics,Probability.
General Ability Syllabus
The general ability section comprises of two parts which are mentioned below-
Part A- English
in this part covers the topics like vocabulary, Grammar and usage, comprehension and cohesion in extended text to test the candidate’s proficiency in English.
Part B-General Knowledge
The question paper comprises of general knowledge and covers the subjects that include Physics, Chemistry, Social Studies, General Science, Geography and Current Events.
