About Ruhani :
Ruhani has completed her primary education in the state of Haryana. Ruhani has attended the prestigious college St. Stephens, at University of Delhi. She did her Graduation in the subject of Economics. After that, she completed her post-graduation from IGNOU in the same subject Economics. She has been in the Indian Economic Services which she cleared in 2019. Her heart remained in the Indian Administrative Services as she took the examination again. Ruhani then cleared and got into the Indian Police Services. She also worked in the NITI Aayog for some years before joining the training period.

After continuous efforts at the Mains examination, she was able to increase her marks in the descriptive type examinations.
