Scholarship details for Indian Students at Curtin University
The Curtin University is situated in Perth which lies in Western Australian. It was founded in the year 1986. This university is named after 14th PM of Australia, John Curtin. Since its establishment it is one of the two Western Australian universities to be ranked in the prestigious Shanghai Jiao Tong Annual Ranking of World Universities. This university is the largest in Western Australia having around 40,000 students studying. Also many students from all over the globe seek to take admission in this university but unfortunately many are unable to do so due to different problems like financial need, etc. So the university has started the provision of scholarship for the international students who are meritorious, talented and due to financial need or some other problem can’t afford to take admission.

1. Pathway Scholarship for Indian Students
Through this scholarship, Curtin invites eligible international students of any citizenship (except Australian) who are currently studying full time as international full fee – paying students onshore in Australia, to apply for a full program of study at Curtin University’s Western Australian campuses. This scholarship awards eligible students 25% of their first year of tuition. This scholarship aims to foster trust and confidence in Curtin University as a place for students to further their studies, careers and life experiences.
Eligibility: An international student except Australian who have fulfilled all the requirements of the university at the time of entry and is a full – fee paying international student
Scholarship Amount: The scholarship provides 25% of the tuition fees for the first year which is up to a maximum of AUD $ 10,000

2. Innovative International Scholarship – Merit Scholarship
Curtin University strives to give high achieving students around the world the opportunity to pursue their ambitions and gain a world-class education. Through the Merit Scholarship, Curtin welcomes eligible students who are citizens of Bangladesh, Brazil, Colombia, India, Kenya, Middle East, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Zambia or Zimbabwe.
Eligibility: The international candidates must have applied through university – registered agent. The candidates must have fulfilled the university requirements. The candidates from Bangladesh, Brazil, Colombia, India, Kenya, Middle East, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Zambia or Zimbabwe are eligible
Scholarship Amount: The scholarship provides 25% of the tuition fees for the first year which is up to a maximum of AUD $ 10,000

After application, a supplementary letter will be issued along with letter of offer from the university to confirm the candidates that whether they have been successful in their application

3. Seizan Fukami Fund International Scholarship
The scholarship is used to cover HECS fees, books and materials, and other costs related to study at the University.
Eligibility: International students must have a proper graduate degree with good marks and also with a good level of competence in Japanese language for easy completion of the research program
Scholarship Amount: $ 6,000 per annum tax free
