Tech Mahindra Placement Criteria

The candidates who have got 60% through out Madhyamik (10^th), Higher Secondary (12^th) and up to 8^th semester in B.Tech /B.E can only sit in this procedure.

Tech Mahindra Placement Criteria

There are mainly 2 processes in Tech Mahindra selection process.

1. Aptitude Test.
2. Interview.
3. Technical Interview.
4. HR Interview.

1. 1.    Aptitude Test

Total time: – 1 hr

Total Question: – 80

There is negative marking of 0.25. The paper is divided into 6 sections and each section has to complete in 10 min. You cannot move forwards backwards after 10 mins.

Section 1: – Quantitative maths 10th level maths. Example: Age problem, Time & Speed, Time&                       Work, Profit & loss, Percentage, Algebra,Trigonometry, Mensuration.

Section 2: –Logical Reasoning question based on Series, Coding, Blood Relations, and Analogy.

Section 3: -English Usage & Verbal logic Para jumbles, Antonym-Synonyms.

Section 4: –Data Interpretation, there will be three sets of problems based on pieChart.

Section 5: –Reading the comprehension in 7mins & take 3mins for answering theQuestions.

Section 6: –there are 2 flow charts and some questions are based on them.

1. 2.    Interview

It was supposed to be a two phase process

1. Technical Interview
2. Hr Interview

But the focus in both interviews was HR only. Even during technical interview mostly HR based question.
