TELCO Placement Criteria & Selection Process
The candidates who have got 60% through out Madhyamik (10th), Higher Secondary (12th) and up to 8th semester in B.Tech /B.E can only sit in this procedure..
Candidate type required:
- Post Graduate in Business Management (MBAs)- Senior Officer
- Post Graduate in Engineering(M.Techs)- Senior Engineer
- Graduate in Engineering (B.Tech, B.E.)- Graduate Trainee Engineer
- Post Graduate in Humanities and Sciences- Officer Trainee
- Opportunities also available in Software engineer, LAN administrator Positions etc at TELCO System.
There are mainly 2 processes in TELCO placement selection process.
- Aptitude Test.
- Interview.
- Technical Interview.
- HR Interview.
- 1. Written exam
No of questions: 100
Total time: 75mins
- Part 1: – Verbal/English, 25 question- 15mins
English Usage & Verbal logic Para jumbles, Antonym-Synonyms.
- Part 2: – Quantitative Aptitude test, 45 question- 30mins
10th level maths. Example: Age problem, Time & Speed, Time & Work, Profit & loss, Percentage, Algebra,Trigonometry, Mensuration.
- Part 3: – Reasoning, 30 question- 30mins
Logical Reasoning question based on Series, Coding, Blood Relations and Analogy.
- 2. Interview
- a. Technical Interview
Here you will asked some technical question related to the subject for which department you are applied.
- b. HR Interview
It is very easy round. Here they will check your communication skill and your confidence. Here they will ask about yourself, your weakness, your strengths etc.
