UPSC 2014 Rank 1: Ira Singhal: UPSC exam topper IRA singhal has been an exceptional student , Poet , Palmist , Tarrot Card reader an exceptional girl of 4 feet 5 inch differently abled  fighter , who cleared UPSC exams in 2010 , 2011 , 2013 and again in 2014 as topper , Journey from Rank 815 in UPSC exam 2010 to Rank 1 in 2014 UPSC exam had been denied posting by department of personnel and training due to her “spine related injuries” has always been difficult for this confident player of game on personal ground. In 2014 , finally her appeal was held by central administrative tribunal but she was given lower posting in February last year.

During her first interviews after result: she wanted to work for women and upliftment of physically challenged people.

For UPSC exam , this girl from Delhi has been working hard with students ar Reddy coaching , one of the best UPSC coaching at Hyderabad.
