Apart from massive advertisement space in newspaper Rau IAS has been also indulged in buying visibility at different websites for top listing. Even I was contacted but as I was asked to give visibility at top position without giving bill soured our deal.
Although my first mail was rebuffed by Rau IAS study circle official email ID but after that some proofs were send to prove purchases of visibility space for Rau IAS in Cash remained un answered.
