Students had less options as well 2 years back. Recently coachings from south India have also come to Delhi. From past few years students have started getting options for optional subject apart from what use to be offered at vajiram & Ravi or Rau Ias study circle.
Entry of coachings like Plutus IAS and Analog IAS and growing coachings like Vision IAS, IAS Baba , Next IAS have dethroned Rau IAS from list of best IAS coachings of Delhi.

Infrastructure: At first we would like to compare infrastructure of both coachings where Vajiram & Ravi out numbers Analog IAS with huge margin. Although Analog IAS has well established infrastructure at Bangalore and Hyderabad but at Delhi Analog IAS is located at 3 rd floor at old Rajender nagar. Students in Delhi and NCR look for more comfort as compared to students of Hyderabad and Bangalore. Although Analog IAS is targeting majorly students from South India at its Delhi center and due to language barrier , students of south India find themselves more convenient with team of Analog IAS else Analog IAS lacks in infrastructure apart from small batch size.

Teachers: Quality of teachers at vajiram & Ravi and Analog IAS both has deep experience of teaching students for IAS exam. Vajiram and Ravi lags behind Analog IAS in good teachers team because Vajiram and Ravi has started giving class to few young faculties as well who have good delivering capability but are week in knowledge . Although major problem is in per unit time to students from teachers at both these institutes.
Teachers: Teachers at Vajiram & ravi are not able to give enough time to students if some doubt is left after class. At Analog IAS teachers have enough time as because they are either coming from Hyderabad or Bangalore or are full time teachers of Analog IAS and have fewer batches to take than that of faculties at Vajiram & Ravi.

Fee Structure: Fee at Vajiram & ravi for different courses are different but it is 35% more compared to Analog IAS in every section from GS to optional. Vajiram & Ravi has to charge more from students because of its high expenditure on infrastructure and advertisement. With GST at some courses of Vajiram & ravi a student has to pay close to 200000
Notes & Study material: Vajiram notes is well known and respected amongst students. Vajiram Yellow notes are highest selling notes at IAS notes portals like onlinekhanmarket or studymaterial.oureducation.
Analog IAS provides its own notes to students and also has its own publishing house but notes of Analog IAS are not popular among outside students. For pdf IAS notes in onlinekhanmarket.
