ARTICLE ABOUT PLACEMENT CRITERIA FOR THE FOLLOWING COMPANIES:

 

1. HAL:- HINDUSTAN AERONAUTICS LIMITED.

 

Unlike, other Public Sector Companies, HAL doesn’t require GATE-2013 Score and hence, even fresher with no experience can apply for the post. HAL invites applications for the post of Management Trainees (MT’s) from the candidates in the discipline of Engineering, Finance and HR.

 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-

  Educational Qualification : Candidates applying for the post of Management Trainee (Technical) should have Full Time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Technology in Aeronautical/ Computer Science/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Metallurgy/ Production form recognized Institutes/ Universities.

 

SELECTION PROCESS:- The candidates are needed to first apply online for the required post. The candidates applying have to undergo an online/written exam which consists of general aptitude as well as technical questions. Qualifying candidates will have to undergo with a gd round followed by an interview.

 

2. ISRO:- INDIAN SPACE RESEARCH ORGANISATION.

 

Educational Qualification and Experience 

 

  MBA in Marketing or Materials Management + 1 year experience in supervisory capacity in the relevant field ( or ) Graduate + Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management ( or any other subject relating to Purchase & Stores activity ) with 3 years experience ( 1 year in supervisory capacity ) in the relevant field. ( or ) Post Graduate with 3 years experience ( 1 year in supervisory capacity ) in the relevant field. ( or ) Graduate with 5 years experience ( 2 years in supervisory capacity ) in the relevant field.

Selection Process for ISRO ICRB Recruitment :    Based on bio data, initial screening is conducted to shortlist candidates for taking up ISRO ICRB written test. The ISRO written test is conducted at seven venues viz., Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Sriharikota, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Thiruvananthapuram. Candidates short listed based on the performance in the ISRO ICRB written test are called for interview, the schedule and venue of which is intimated. Candidates attending the interview will be reimbursed to and fro second class train fare by the shortest route from the address given in the ISRO ICRB Recruitment application to the place of interview.

3. BSNL:-  BHARAT SANCHAR NIGAM LIMITED.

The All India Competitive Examination is carried out for the recruitment of candidates into the Junior Telecom Officers posts.
