An eligibility criterion for Siemens is:

* you must score 60% in through out in career of BE/B.TECH, 12^th standard and 10^th standard.

* Backlog is not allowed.

* Maximum 2 years gaps are allowed.

* Must have good communication skill.

* You must be available to work anywhere in the country

* You must be hard working and capable of doing team work

Selection procedure: 

1.     Aptitude test.

2.     Group Discussion ( Optional)

3.     Technical rounds.

4.     HR interview
