Manju, “It really depends on the teacher you’re with. Don’t be afraid to switch classes if you don’t feel like your current class is matching your level. My French teacher and IELTS teacher are very helpful although I had to changed my class but it worked out eventually.
Hand-outs and book in my French class is included, one of the thing I find better than Alliance Française.

Neha Kumari, “Big ben the language school is a very wierd organisation that have I ever seen..they mention the review by their own staff and they didn’t provide any resolution of your queries… always ready to take fee n didn’t provide salary to their employees and the language of the lady who taking care of this organisation is also very rude. M not suggested to anyone to take admission in this organisation.”
Ranjit Singh, “Bitterly disappointing and traumatic experience within 24 hours of enrolling for IELTS coaching at Big Ben in Noida. Firstly I was MISLED into enrolling a course and I also paid the full sum of 10,000 rupees on the 1st day. Then they put me with a group of students that were already part way through the course! No materials were provided!!! Within 2 hours of attending the first session i figured it was scandalous and requested to leave the course. After some lengthy discussions they hesitantly agreed to pay me back and asked me to come back on Monday as their finance team was away. On Monday when i contacted them, they refused to acknowledge me, became totally unprofessional and started using threat tactics on me! Such fraudsters to crook the entire 10,000 rupees for a 2 hour session!! Be very weary if u r thinking of joining Big Ben. Some of their reviews are also fake as they get their staff to post good reviews.Such fraudsters taking undue advantage of innocent people.very bad big ben .very lie people of big ben .How fraudulent is this!!! Big Ben claim to NOT have my name in their enrolment database and yet they took payment of the entire fees (10,000 rupees) from me on day 1. I dont need an apology. I want my money back! When are you giving me my money back?”
Neha Maheshwari “Like all, I also had a dream to get 8777 in IELTS. With this thought, I searched various institutes, then found and visited BIG BEN. Interior was good and an attractive, which attracts you to get admission towards your goal. They attracts the students by giving false commitments and showing there feedbacks by taking you in one room, where many feedback photos hanging on the wall. I also got attracted by seeing this.
Initially, 2 classes were useful. Ergo, I paid the whole amount to start my IELTS journey with BIG BEN. However after couple of classes, they were not able to increase my band, what I was before joining the institute. After taking few classes, I felt like, this much I can studied by my own, instead of coming to centre and wasting my time. To illustrate, one day they asked me to write an essay on computer, which I completed in expected time. However, they never reviewed even after my several request. Similarly there are many more incidence.
To sum up as explained above, this institute was one of jarring experience for me. This is because they never bothered to educate and nor increased the level of student. As well as faculty is not up to the mark, which can increase the level of band from 7 and 8. As this is my opinion, rest you can judge well after paying the money to them :-p”
