I had purchased the IAS course. I found that they had sent all the documents but did not check the progress of the person ,i.e, whether he or she is learning or not. It did not seem to matter to them, Moreover, mentor services are very poor. They call only when the EMI is and otherwise do not look after. If they want EMI, calls are received continuously. Finance team does not convey it in a proper tone. They will pressure you to make full payment even if you want to quit in a month. My sincere advice is not to opt for Byjus product.

Byjus was a civil services coaching centre. The timings are, 7 am to 9.30 am and 6 to 8.30 pm on weekdays.
Weekends are holidays or weekend exams.
The classroom has good facility and infrastructure. Was air-conditioned.
This was offline coaching and the preparation was given and guided by mentors by mentor care.
