Commerce ,at the basic level can be studied as Bachelors of Commerce (B.Com) & at the masters level as Masters of Commerce (M.Com). : Mahuda lies in the Dhanbad District in Jharkhand State . Mahuda is of significance in terms of education , it is a town which has plenty of schools and colleges established for the development of students. The Ranchi University lies in ranchi,the capital city of Jharkhand. It was established in 1960. It has it’s headquartered in Ranchi, which is the capital city of Jharkhand.The University lies in the group of The Association of Indian Universities (AIU) . This univercity is Recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC). The total number of colleges is 31 , out of which 24 are affiliated to Ranchi University. The colleges under Ranchi University offer various courses like related to the field of Medical, Engineering, Management and Law streams. The total number of students is around 90,000 from its affiliated colleges. It’s grandeur lies in it’s central library wich has approximately 150,000 books for the needs of the students

The following course will be provided from the session 2011-13 apart from the traditional course of B.COM, B.A, M.COM, M.A

a) Two years course in rural management.( NEW)

b) One year post graduate diploma ( retail management)

c) Three years M.B.A ( part time).

The Ranchi university has a record of producing students who have managed to make a mark worldwide, it provides the necessary exposure to the students by conduc ting various seminars, conferences on a regular basis, so Ranchi is the correct place to persue higher education and also a good state to persue commerce education , as it is continuously expanding and improving itself.
