Every exam needs preparation and it is quite necessary for the candidates to follow some useful tips to prepare for any entrance exam. Here in this guide, we are going to discuss about tips that you should follow to score high in MH CET Law exam. If you want to get admission in three and five years law courses in Maharashtra state, then you have to qualify this exam. The exam is organized by the State Common Entrance Test Cell. This state level exam needs hard work, patient and tricks to crack it.

 

This exam is conducted online and includes multiple choice questions. There are total 120 questions and each question carry equal marks. Total duration is two hours. Question paper is available in both English and Marathi language. There is no negative marking.

Start preparation early:

 

No matter, what exam you are going to take in future but you should start preparing for it at least 6 months before of the exam date.  Well, there is no set pattern for preparing for this exam but some tips and practice will surely work. You have to put your best efforts and invest your time in preparation.

Take mock test every week

 

Mock test is quite important and you should take up a mock test every week. Taking test help analyse the preparation level and weak areas.  It helps check accuracy and speed. You will know all about the areas where you need to focus more.

Time management

Time is important and it plays vital role in scoring high in the exam. You should make a study plan in a proper manner. You should allot equal time to each and every section for preparation. Every section is important and you should avoid just focusing on easy and interesting section. Allot fix time frame to each section and try to solve problems according to the allotted time frame.

Exam Pattern

You should be well aware of the exam pattern and syllabus.  It includes many sections such as General Knowledge, English, Logical Reasoning & Legal Aptitude. You should focus on important topics like GK and current affairs.  You should read newspaper and magazines in order to have good command on GK section. You should prepare notes.

 Practice question papers

Notes and study material can be helpful but not sufficient. You have to solve question papers of previous years. You should attempt practice papers to analyse preparation level. Reading newspaper and joining test series can be beneficial. You should also talk to the law graduates and counsellors in order to know more about the exam.
