Nitesh Srivastav, “First go and check your mail box that she has sent any mail regarding that or not and your team replied on that mail or not, she didn’t left the batch sudden she sent a mail properly but she didn’t get any reply and she didn’t went after 6 month she went there within six month but you have no weekend batch, So truth is that you all have no time to reply on mail and even if someone call you for query regarding the issue they said only that we don’t have time.
Worst thing if you’r going there for admission theyhave no class but even they take fee and they don’t reply for any mail……and don’t go on reviews because they ask to write for best by force. Ya i am not the student of this institution but they cheated my friend.”
Alok Nandal, “I am teaching at the Institute. They have a very unfair system of reimbursement. In their mail, they do not clarify that it’s an hourly payment. They always pay you 15000 rupees per batch irrespective of the number of hours. I had a situation when the student wanted to complete her level before. In the mail I received, it was nowhere mentioned that it is hourly basis…They had this information beforehand that the student wants to finish the level by 26th of the month hours…but they held this information from me purposely so that they have to pay less..I was ready to spend 40 hours but its completely the Institute’s fault..I have spoken to my lawyer…I will drag them to court..I will fight till the last drop of blood to get 15000 rupees for this batch.”
Prerna Arora, “Not referred at all !!! Cervantes is wayy much better than this institute. They are failing at a number of things.
• The locality (malviya nagar) is not apt for a foreign language classes.
• There is no system and guidance to the teachers for the study material.
• They are not paying what the teachers actually deserves.
• There’s not a single person to handle the functioning of the place.
I would suggest Cervantes if anyone can afford and wants a worthy ambiance for spanish language !!”
