2. After depositing the fees , if a student is disinterested or fails to hitch the classes within the institute thanks to any reason whatsoever and needs to require his/her fees (money) back, the institute won’t refund the cash .
3. 90% attendance within the classroom is mandatory.
4. The fees deposited towards a specific course won’t be adjusted against the other course and isn’t transferable to the other person if a student doesn’t join that specific course.
5. The responsibility of getting the admission form forwarded to the managing body is that of the scholar himself /herself or that of the guardian.
6. The institute reserves the proper to use the photograph for publicity just in case the scholar secures position /success in CSE.
7. The oldsters can meet the Director for any enquiry about their ward progress or the other problem concerning their ward with prior appointment only.
8. Any change in address should be notified to the office at once.
9. Selections of optional subjects should be done carefully at the time of admission; the change is often made within fifteen days from the time of admission to the management.
10. Each student are going to be issued an card ,the entry to the classroom is restricted on the idea of getting an I-card .If the card of a student is lost /misplaced ,a duplicate I-card are often issued from the institute against payment of Rs 50/-.
11. If any student is absent from the classes without prior permission for quite 7 days, he/she won’t be allowed to seem within the class tests and no test paper are going to be given to such students.
12. If the study material provided to the scholar is lost /misplaced, the institute will issue the fabric against payment of Rs 4500/- for the prelims and Rs 6000/- for the mains material.
13. If any sort of mishap occurs within the premises of JAIN’S IAS study circle due to situation out of hand or any natural calamity of any type, the institute will not be responsible
