Completely incompetent teachers, authoritarian teaching style, and a complete mess of a schedule that changes every day (sometimes without so much as a proper notice) for no apparent reason. Pay the premium and go to a real language school and don’t waste a single second of your precious time here. You will not regret it.”

Be prepared to do as well as you can on your own. This institute only helps you then. You will fare better with them if you do exactly what they say, however atrociously wrong it may be. The classrooms are cramped. The professors are ill informed about the language and culture outside of the textbooks. Discussion and constructive criticism is not encouraged as is demonstrated by the responses to reviews. Organisation is absolutely chaotic and communication is mostly rude, not concise, and conveys very little to no relevant information.
The grammar book provided, however, is helpful as reference when you start practicing and truly studying the language.”
