1.when you call them to inquiry something they will not answer the call nor they check the mailbox, i almost called you multiple times but ni one answering the call.
2. improve your registration scheme, I want to take admission in 2020 batch but i don’t think I’m able to apply for the same because whenever i try to click on the link which you guys have mentioned on your website it’s got some kind of technical glitch because it’s not working anymore.”

And then the next. Keep picking books at random and opening them until you find the one you are looking for. I do not know who came up with this brilliant scheme, but with all due respect, not all of us can afford to spend the whole day in a library looking for a copy of Sprachkurs Deutsch 2.”
