Private medical college came into existence , since Manipal first started taking donation of Rs 3000 for self funded medical college by TMA Pai for Manipal and then it became norms , since then. Although earlier medical colleges use to maintain standards of education high but with time focus changed from education to only donation.
Although now students are shifting to other countries from India for Medical education as medical education is getting costly day by day and now colleges charge an average of Rs 50,00,000 lakh for medical education or an MBBS degree. Do not fall in trap of any exam by private medical college foundation or something like that . Its just waste of time and method of collecting data and seats at private medical colleges in MBBS or PG are sometimes put for Bid and those parents who are ready to pay high buy a seat for their kids. Its better if you buy your seats just after result of exams for which you are waiting for
You will get many consultants who will promise Taj Mahal to you for your kids education or your MBBS education in lieu of your money but donot fall in trap of day dream , else you will end up in loosing your money.
