McAfee which was formerly known as the McAfee Security is an American based global computer security company and was founded in 1987 . Its a subsidiary of Intel Corporation. It provides Data Protection, Database Security, Email & Web Security, Risk & Compliance , Mobile Security, Network Security, Endpoint Protection, Security Management, Security-as-a-Service (Security SaaS) , Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).It focus on security-related technologies. McAfee Placement criteria-

The Qualification required to fulfill the McAfee placement criteria is that the candidate must have completed his graduation or post graduation with a minimum of 70% throughout. Mainly the candidates from CS, IT, EC and MCA. Sometimes fresher jobs in McAFee are also there to recruit Freshers for various posts. A high eLitmus pH score is mandatory for applying for the jobs in McAfee.

McAfee Placement Pattern-

The placement process of McAfee  is comprised of the following steps-

• Written Test
• Interview

Written Test:

The written test of McAfee consist of Technical and Aptitude test.

• In Technical Written Test, around 20 questions will be asked on C, C++, JAVA, database and  other computer related topics. The test duration for the technical written test is half an hour.

• In Aptitude test, the questions will be from general mathematics, life sciences, engineering sciences, physics, human mental ability, general learning ability, spatial visualisation ability. The aptitude test consists of following three sections-

1. The first section is general aptitude which consists 20 questions.
2. The second section is verbal reasoning which also consists 20 questions.
3. The third section is English which also contains 20 questions.

Interview-

There will be a total of four rounds in the Interviews-

1. Technical Interview
2. Application Testing
3. Interview with the Manager
4. HR Interview

Different types of questions will be asked in each round. In the application Test round, an application will be given to you and you have to find out the list of bugs in that application and also the resolutions that need to be done in that particular application and have to make a bug report on that application.
