NIACL Assistant Mains 2018 Exam Analysis – 6th October
The much anticipated NIACL assistant mains exam will be held today in various shifts.

Two Reading Comprehension based on an article related to Food Security and the second passage was related to Insurance. New pattern word replacement was asked in which four words were given in bold in a sentence and the candidates were supposed to arrange those words in a way that makes the sentence meaningful.

General Awareness (Easy-Moderate):
Most of the questions were asked from the current affairs section from August and September.
- Static GK (4-5 questions)
- Banking awareness (4-5 questions)
- Insurance (5-6 questions)
- Current affairs (25-27 questions)
Computer Knowledge (Easy):
All the questions were quite easy. Candidates who are not very well versed in this subject can score well as well. Questions from various topics of general computer knowledge like networking, terms, and protocols related to the internet, MS Office, terms related to computer hardware and software and basic knowledge of the history of a computer were asked in the exam.
