- BE/B.TECH in Electronics & Communication/Telecommunications only.
- Ericsson hires fresh Graduates.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Minimum of 55% or above in all qualifying examinations (10th , 12th ,Degree)
- No pending Backlogs.
Recruitment Procedure : Ericsson Recruitment process consist of 4 Rounds.
- Ericsson aptitude test.
- Ericsson GD
- Ericsson Technical interview.
- Ericsson HR interview.
1) Ericsson Written Test pattern:
Time : 45 minutes
Number of questions: 45
It consist of three sections:
- Logical reasoning
- Numerical ability
- Verbal reasoning
2) Ericsson GD
As normal GD procedure.
3)Ericsson Technical interview.
4) Ericsson HR interview.
The candidates should be very strong in technical knowledge.
Questions are normally asked from networking, analog communication, digital communication, basic electronics, micro processors.
