Selection criteria for Engineering graduates:-

Name of the post–Software Engineer

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Educational qualification:
  •  B. Tech/BE (any stream)
  •  M. Tech/ME (any stream)
  •  M. SC [Computer Science/IT]
  •  MCA
  • Minimum Eligibility: 60% or above in all the qualifying examinations or throughout career(should have a valid degree certificate).
  • Good communication skills with strong technical knowledge

 Minimum starting package: The salary package ranges from $25,000 to $1,57,000 (per annum).
Selection procedure: UST Global selection procedure consist of three phases.

  1. Written Test:  
  2. Group Discussion
  3. Personal Interview (Technical cum HR)

1) UST Global online written test process (Placement criteria for UST Global)

Time: 60 Minutes

Technical Test:-

  • In this questions will be asked from swapping and key dictionary problems

2) UST Global Group discussion procedure

Time :25 Minutes

3) UST Global Technical and HR Interview procedure

 Personal Interview

  • Generally questions are asked about yourself, family details, project, ambitions, weakness & strength, academic project related questions,knowledge about the company.
  • Technical questions are asked from topics like C, C++, SQL ,Java,DBMS.
  • Candidates must have basic knowledge regarding their particular stream subjects.
  • The candidates who get through all these procedures are hired by the organizations at an handsome salary stated above.
