SSC, Staff Selection Commission is an organization under Government of India to select staff for various posts in the various Ministries and Departments of the Government of India and in Subordinate Offices.

The SSC organization was formed on November 4, 1975. SSC  has its headquarters located at New Delhi. Staff Selection Commission (SSC) every year organised examination for various post in India .

 Postal Assistants/Sorting Assistants(PA/SA)

Data Entry Operator (DEO).

Lower Divisional Clerk (LDC).

 Court Clerk.

In June 2017 30 lakh candidates who applied for SSC CHSL examination only 1.7 percent student qualified the examination .

• the anyone who Indian native and must have qualified higher secondary (10+2) examination or equivalent from a state or central recognized institute.
• For Data Entry Operator in the Office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG): 12th Standard pass in Science stream with Mathematics as a subject from a recognized Board or equivalent.
• The minimum age to apply for SSC CHSL 2017 is 18 years and maximum age is 27 years as on 1^st August 2017.
