If you want to be eligible for these posts, you should have completed your graduation or PG. There are several exams are conducted by UPSC for different posts. You have to be eligible to take exam.  UPSC conduct different exam for different post as we mentioned earlier.  You can refer the link https://t.me/upsciascivil if you want UPSC test series.

 

If you want to join defense services then you have to take NDA exam after 12th. The selection process may include written, SSB and medical test.  This is the only UPSC exam that you can take after passing 12th.
