It is the discipline that applies mathematical and statistical methods to assess risk in the insurance and finance industries. Actuaries are professionals who are qualified in this field through education and experience. The eligibility for pursuing this course is higher secondary examinations i.e 10+2. The duration of this course is 3 yrs.

Actuarial trainess could earn Rs. 25000/- a  month before becoming a registered actuary , apprentice , project manager, insurance officer.
