26 year old CS Jeydev who has finally become an IAS topper with All India Rank 5 and he is highest rank holder in his state, Karnatataka. He cleared his exam in his second attempt and made his state proud of him. He is basically from Bengaluru. He did his schooling from Frank Anthony Public School, Halasuru and did his graduation from National Law School of India University. He said that it was his wish to work in the public sector since the very beginning. He said that he was fortunate to see how law and governence worked, in his law school. His college also had a lot of graduates in the past who worked for government which was very insspiring for him.
