An MBA in IT Management is a lethal combination of two very dynamic aspects of any business: management expertise & information technology. Almost every national and international company of repute is always looking for competent and qualified professionals to help them cope with the dynamic business environment. An MBA in IT or Information Technology Management graduate’s climb up the corporate ladder is usually accelerated. Most of them will take up positions such as CTOs (Chief Technology Officers), CIOs (Chief Information Officers), information technology directors or IT managers. Information systems managers serve crucial functions within a company.
Eligibility
You need to have a bachelor’s degree (3 year course) or equivalent in any discipline recognized by any Indian University/ AICTE. Students will have to take following exam such as Management Aptitude Test (MAT) or Common Admission Test (CAT) or Xaviers Admission Test (XAT) or ATMA Entrance Exam or State CET or College CET to get admission to in this course :
UG:
For admission in a UG program, the candidate must be (10+2) pass from a recognized board. The duration for this program is mostly 3 years.
PG:
For admission in a PG Program, one must have a bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks from a deemed university. However various colleges, universities and institutes offer their own entrance exams which a student must qualify. The duration for this program is of 2 years.

The fast-growing global importance of information management to the business world has created an increase in the demand for MBA graduates with technical skills over the past decade.Of particular note is the fast-paced growth in technology, specifically new platforms such as social networking formed on the back of the rapid integration of the online domain into everyday life.
