I would prefer to call criticism as constructive feedback, I did receive constructive feedback but each time I had been happy about learning a new way that will not work. by knowing this i will work on some other way to find out the solution

I do not burst out in anger immediately. I believe that a good quality I have. Moreover in some situations where someone does not fulfills their promise or commitment I feel angry.
