The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) releases an official notification for the RPSC RAS Exam 2024, under क्रमांकः सं.वि.सं. 13/ परीक्षा /RAS&RTS/RPSC/EP-1/2024-25. For this year, RPSC will fill 733 vacancies by organizing a preliminary exam, mains exam, and interview. All the applications for the RAS Exam 2024 should be submitted online.

The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has declared the RPSC RAS Prelims Exam Date to be February 02, 2025. Below is a copy of the official notice for the RPSC RAS Exam 2024. The dates for mains will be published after the prelims examination.

Steps to apply for RPSC RAS Recruitment 2024

1. Visit, RPSC’s official website@rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in.
2. Click the ‘Apply Online’ link.
3. Select, ‘Recruitment Portal’.
4. Register using ‘One Time Registration’ (OTR).
5. Fill out the Application Form and make the payment.
6. Application ID will be generated

Note:-

• Once payment is successful, avoid using any other portal or service.
• Payment once successful, will not be refunded.
• To make any changes in the application form, the Commission would announce a date by which one has to make corrections.
• Register the active mobile number.
• There is no option to apply offline.

RPSC will be filling up a total of 733 vacancies for 2024 including 346 for state service and 387 for subordinate service in Rajasthan. Eligibility Criteria 2024

• Age Limit: A candidate’s age must be between 18 and 40 years on 1/1/2025,
  Age relaxation- 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institute.

RPSC RAS Exam Pattern 2024

Exam Pattern for Prelims:
The RPSC RAS Prelims Exam is a qualifying paper to be eligible for the mains examination.

Subject: General Knowledge
Time: 3 hour
Total marks: 200
Exam Type: Objective type paper

Exam Pattern for Mains:
Candidates who qualify for the prelims will be eligible for the mains examination.

Total Papers: 4 compulsory papers
Exam Type: Descriptive type paper
Structure: 2 short answer questions, 5 medium answer questions, and 10 long answer questions for each paper.
Duration: 3 hours/paper.
Total marks: 200 x 4 = 800.

Subjects: General Studies I, General Studies II, General Studies III, General Hindi and General English.

General Studies I: Covers Indian History, Culture, and Geography.
II: Focuses on Indian Polity, Governance, and International Relations.
III: Includes Economic Development, Science and Technology, and Environmental Issues.
IV: Deals with Ethics, Integrity, and Aptitude.General Hindi and English: Tests language proficiency and comprehension in both Hindi and English.
