James Stuart Blackton usually known as “J Stuart Blackton” was considered as the father of th American Animation. He was an Anglo American film Producer and mostly known for making the first Silent Film – ” THE ENCHENTED DRAWING”  in 1900 included the animated sequences recorded on Standard Picture Film. He uses both Stop-Motion and Drawn Animation Techniques were used in is films.

Most probably our generation know the Animation because of Walt Disney. Walter Elias -“Walt” Disney  was an American Cartoonist, Filmaker, Animator, Voice actor . Walt Disney was the prominent personality throughout the world, he is known for his influence and contributions to Entertainment during the 20th century, he and his brother  Roy-O Disner co-founded The Walt Disney Company.He and his staff created various fictional characters including Mickey Mouse,Mini Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck and Goofy etc. Disney himself was the original voice for Mickey. He died on December 15, 1966, from lung cancer in Burbank, California.
