Nutsche filter bags is also known as single leaf filter bags. The Nutsche is the versatile batch filter having a cylindrical vessel with a single planar filter leaf towards the bottom. This bottom divides the vessel into the two chamber .The operation in the Nutsche filter bags are made by the creating the vacuum, the pressure and the gravity.
DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION
The nutsche filter bag consists of the cylindrical shell at the top and a welded flat at the bottom that are assembled together in the system. Although there is also a base plate in the system which is attached in the welded forms and the base plate is having the arrangement of the bottling bar which is used to hold the filter cloths and the agitated putsches filter bags are fabricated as the materials like stainless steel, mild steel with the lining of the rubber as per requirement of the filter bags.
WORKING & PROCEDURE
In the vacuumed version of the bags there is fully enclosed vessel having the fixed volume which is applied in the filter cloth. There may be creates the suction which is create by the vaccum pump. Now when the cake formation I complete then the filter cycle are performed.
