PLACEMENT CRITERIA FOR ZENSAR TECHNOLOGIES LTD.

The Company: Zensar Technologies Ltd.

Zensar Technologies is a global information technology services and business process outsourcer headquartered in Pune, india. It is a software wing of RPG Group, and offers a range of IT and BPO products and services.

It has a marketing presence in the US, Europe, Asia Pacific and Australia.

It’s software developing centers at Pune and Hyderabad in India and Gdansk in Poland.

Zensar is the world’s first enterprise-wide SEI CMM Level 5 Company.

Name of the post: Software Engineer/Programmer.

Minimum eligibility criteria: 60% or above in 10th , 12th & BE/B.TECH.

No active or pending backlogs.

Professional Eligibility criteria: A candidate should have the knowledge of :

  1. Oracle.
  2. Oracle EBS.
  3. Oracle Agile PLM.
  4. A candidate should have good knowledge of agile administration and agile architecture with distributed file manager deployment.
  5. A candidate should also have a good communication skill and adjust in any dynamic environment.

However merely fulfilling the eligibility criteria does not guarantee the job. The candidate has to go through a proper procedure for selection.

Selection Procedure:  Recruitment Process consist of 4 rounds.

First , the PPT(Pre Placement Talk) takes place in which the candidates are given all the information about the organization , selection criteria and most importantly about the starting package they would be paying.

Then the written test which is mainly an aptitude test including questions from reasoning , numerical ability and also from course subjects.

The selected candidates are then called in for Group discussion.

Then Technical & HR interview is taken.

Minimum starting package: Salary Per Annum for BE/BTECH is 2.5-3.7(lacs )
